Restoring the Fremad
The restoration cost of the fremad building should not exceed the amount the building generates when it’s fully functional. And if it does it should be able to recover from it.
It is not realistic to belive we can to achive a 100% historically correct building while maintianing a modern. function.
The role we seek to fill is that of a team of individuals who specifically trained to help us Renovate this Historical building so that it can perform as a Class A Living space on the upper level. The main floor commercial trading floor will be used as it once was for the public to trade goods and services.
LASTMADE CO. is a Leather & Goods Company founded by Mr. Helgaas in 2020 that practices reuse repair before consumption of newer goods. LM will occupy and rent space (1000sq of 6750) of the main floor commercial from Holding Forward LLC.
In addition The Carrot Club 501(c)3 is a not for profit entity who wishes to lease space from HF if available.
